Yielding to school buses:
- You must come to a stop when a school bus turns on its overhead flashing lights. Stop no closer than 20 feet from the bus, then stay stopped until the lights stop flashing.
- You do not have to stop for a school bus when it has stopped on the other side of a divided highway.
- When a school bus is stopped off the roadway with its yellow hazard warning lights flashing, you may pass with caution.
